- Spend your "Wags" on Rewards
Earning Wags with many options:
- 80 Wags = Signing up
- 25 Wags = Social follows
- 15 Wags = Social shares, product reviews and birthday
- VIP status upgrades provide bonus Wags and increased earning:
- Bronze = 2 Wags with every £1 spent
- Silver (1,000+ Wags) = 200 Wags + 3 Wags with every £1 spent
- Gold (2,500+ Wags) = 500 Wags + 4 Wags with every £1 spent
- Platinum (5,000+ Wags) = 1,000 Wags + 6 Wags with every £1 spent
*all earning actions must be completed from the loyalty interface on Paws in Padstow Ltd's website interface - eg. Social media interactions
Spending Wags on Rewards!
It's really simple. 100 Wags are worth £1. Redeem your hard earned Wags in the loyalty interface on your next order!
Spending Wags will not affect your VIP upgrade so no need to save them!
Simply share the link with a friend or on social media. Your friend uses the referral offer and once they have completed their order, you receive a reward back! We will keep you up to date on the progress of your referral.
Terms & Conditions
Unspent points will expire after 1 year (this will not affect your tier earning). You will receive an email advising you of expiring points.
Members will be removed from the programme after 1 year's inactivity.
Members are to hold only 1 account.
Referrals made to the same address will be void.
Depending on which tier you are in, you will earn X no. of Wags for every £1 spent.
Other ways to earn Wags are limited to 1 per month with the exception of the sign up, social page like and birthday which are 1 per membership.
This Loyalty Programme is currently limited to online only and cannot be used in store in any way.
The Loyalty Programme is only for consumer use and may not be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes.
Email notifications sent to our customers concerning the Loyalty Programme are part of the service signed up for.
If you wish to stop receiving emails concerning the Loyalty Programme, you should manage your email preferences from the “Manage my preferences” link in the emails received.
If you materially breach these terms, and where such breach can be remedied, if you do not remedy the breach within 30 days of a written notice of the breach from Paws in Padstow Ltd, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms and/or abused the Loyalty Programme, your Loyalty Membership may be terminated, any points earned but not redeemed may be cancelled and your Loyalty account closed without prior notice. Paws in Padstow Ltd reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where a Loyalty Member is found to have abused the Loyalty Programme.
The amount of points awarded can be altered at the discretion of Paws in Padstow Ltd.
Paws in Padstow Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or change the Loyalty Programme at any time.
